Who Can Buy Wholesale from US?

New Mexico law allows wholesalers to sell goods to anyone; this is somewhat confusing and unique to customers visiting our site. New Mexico has never set up specific laws governing wholesale distribution because it’s assumed that wholesalers who sold goods to anyone would be hurting their own business: other businesses wouldn’t be able to compete with an open to the public wholesaler… However, because RSB sells very unique botanical goods we don’t have to be concerned with anyone trying to compete with us. New Mexico law requires that businesses residing inside the state submit a NM State issued non tax certificate to be tax exempt, pay the state sales tax, or that the vendor pays the sales tax out of their earnings if they choose to not include an extra tax charge on their goods. Due to less than 1% of our customers being residents of New Mexico we simply pay the tax out of our earnings, so this way everyone feels like their getting an extra good deal. Out of state customers are not required to pay state sales tax. You will see through out our site where the word BULK is used beside a price, these are our wholesale prices; we don’t have a separate wholesale price list or catalog. And please understand that on many of our goods we’re merely acting as what’s termed a middle man, which is, in essence, not a wholesaler, but just a distributor for a wholesaler; so it’s possible that someone might locate a supplier somewhere who sells one or two of our goods for less.
